Todd's BIO

Todd Schneider grew up in Westport, Connecticut where he worked for Martha Stewart and other various catering companies. His goal is to bring his “Personal Touch” of Event Planning & Design, plus his knowledge of food to Florida.

Todd’s background is very extensive and has worked with many celebrities and high end political figures in his 25 plus years as an Event Designer, Planner & Chef.
His roster of high value clients includes: Presidents Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, and President Obama, Vice President Dick Cheney and Governors Mark Warner, George Allen and Tim Kaine.
Catered to high value celebrity clients: Steven Spielberg, Robert Duvall, Garth Brooks, Donald Trump, Paul Newman & Joanne Woodward, Katie Couric, Stone Phillips, Barbara Bush.


Cooking Experience : Also has worked with Celebrity Chefs (Oprah’s Chef) Chef Art Smith, Paula Deen, Curtis Stone, Todd English, Darren McGrady, and (The Royal Palace & Princess Diana’s Chef), and the White House. Executive Chef to the Governor of Virginia 2010-2012.
Major Events included: Two Inaugural Balls, The Symphony, Ballet, Former First Lady Barbara Bush’s Literacy event. Warner Bros. Premiere of Gods & Generals, and the Presidents Thanksgiving Address to the Nation. Plus over 3,000 weddings and bar/bat Mitzvahs


Todd has won over 10 awards for best food and design. Recently featured online for a bat mitzvah. Voted “Best caterer”, voted “Best Wedding Coordinator”, and voted most “Original”. Todd has also taped a variety of broadcast and cable programs showcasing menu planning, cooking lessons and entertaining tips.

Todd never says “No”, it’s not in his vocabulary. He feels you can always go outside the box. But you can also rearrange inside the box!
